How to reach us from the Orkney Mainland

  • Footpassenger ferry from Stromness and walk or taxi to Rackwick
  • By car from Houton on RoRo ferry to Lyness (book first) then travel 8 miles north to Rackwick. Turn left by peedie sheep's house - signed Rackwick. 4 miles along road after crossing burn 'Lower Rumin' is 1st on left (en route to beach and car park)
